Woolpack Loyalty Card Rules

To get a Woolpack Loyalty Card you must pay the fee and supply your valid phone number and date of birth. To claim any of the benefits you must present your loyalty card at every purchase. All data supplied will be kept private and not passed on to third parties.

One loyalty point is rewarded for every 10p spent, and loyalty points are worth 1p. Points can be redeemed at any time after they have been rewarded and have no expiry date. Any amount of points can be used in a transaction alongside other payment methods, e.g. 5 points can be used to save 5p on a transaction, or a transaction can be paid for in full using points. Points cannot be transferred or taken as cash.

Loyalty Cards can be taken away at any time at the discretion of the management. Members have the right to remove themselves from communication or the scheme by request.

Once a customer has a loyalty card, they agree to be contacted by The Woolpack via WhatsApp. In order to receive these messages, which will contain information on special promotions and additional discounts, The Woolpack must be saved in your phone by adding 01484 435702 as a contact.

Prizes and Promotions

Prizes can only be free drinks or vouchers to be exchanged for products at the bar. If a third party is supporting the promotion then other prizes may be awarded at the cost of the third party.

Free drinks can only be selected from the standard range – i.e. no large wine measures or doubles.

Where free drinks are used as prizes or rewards, the free drink will only be redeemed after the initial purchase, i.e. the free drink will be the second drink. This also applies when the free drink is awarded on a different day to the competition, e.g. “watch football tonight and if it’s a draw get a free pint on Saturday”, which would mean a pint would need to be bought on Saturday before the free pint is claimed. The exception to this rule is where vouchers/tokens are used or the management has given specific exceptions.

All prizes, competitions and incentives have expiry dates and maximum usage. Please speak to management for individual cases.

All competitions, offers and prizes are subject to be withdrawn after being advertised at the discretion of the management. The management has the final say in all disputes.

General Terms & Conditions

Nobody under the age of 18 can purchase or consume alcohol. The maximum measure for a spirit in a single glass is 50ml. A person deemed to be drunk cannot be served alcohol.

Please drink responsibly.
