PLEASE NOTE
Until further notice, The Loft will not be operating as normal. The room will be open with the usual cool vibe and music, but the bar will not be open. Drinks need to be ordered through The Woolpack. Don’t worry though, many of our most popular serves are still available.
We renovated our function room in the late summer of 2018 and were so proud of our work we decided to share it with everyone, not just private parties. So we now open the doors to “The Loft” on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5pm serving the highest quality gins, vodkas, rums, cocktails, prosecco and wines.
With a chilled out vibe and cosy look and feel, The Loft is the newest and trendiest place to be on a weekend. Whether before (and after) a meal in Almondbury village (we recommend The Barn or Bengal Aroma), as a meeting place before a big night out, or somewhere to sit, chill and enjoy your whole night, The Loft is the place to be!

Events in The Loft
In partnership with The Barn, we host events in The Loft to thrill, entertain and inspire. We hold comedy nights every few months in association with Paul ‘Silky’ White and Kill For A Seat comedy events. Silky is brilliant as the host and he brings with him some hilarious comedy acts – who we expect to see on the TV soon!
As well as comedy, we have hosted physic nights, hypnotists and clairvoyants, markets and trade events, and hope to hold many different types of themed evenings. For details of upcoming shows, see The Barn’s events page or visit our Facebook.
Meeting Room and Venue Hire
The Loft is also available to hire for parties, weddings and all kinds of celebrations. We can comfortably seat 40 people and up to 70 total, with various catering and drinks options available. The room is available for hire 7 days a week, but on Friday and Saturday nights we may ask for a minimum spend or larger hire fee.
Our upstairs room is also perfect for meetings, either for a regular slot or one-off meetings. We can re-arrange the layout to provide a large corporate table setting with WIFI and projector available. Access for meetings is available Monday to Thursday and can start anytime from 10am, and must be vacated by 10:30pm.
